Master Cleanse Recipe For Detoxifying The Body

Detoxification is the process of cleansing the body to remove all the toxins that gets accumulated in the body. Toxins that may get accumulated in the body includes heavy metals, chemicals from household cleansers, drugs, pesticides, cigarette smoke, food additives etc.

Detoxifying Soup

Active time for preparing the soup-30 minutes

Total time- 1 hour 45 minutes

Serving- 2


Ingredients

Basmati rice- quarter cup

Clean and filtered water- 1 to 8 cups

Chopped tender greens- 1/2 cup

Grated carrot- quarter cup

Small pieces of beets- quarter cup

Grated white radish- 1 tablespoon

Powdered Black pepper- 1/8 teaspoon

Powdered cumin- 1/8 teaspoon

Powdered coriander- 1/8 teaspoon

Chopped fresh cilantro- 1 teaspoon

Freshly chopped ginger- 1/2 teaspoon

Rock salt – to taste


Preparation of Detoxifying Soup

Wash basmati rice well and drain out the liquid and boil the water in a heavy bottom pan or pot. Once the water starts to boil add the rice and chopped vegetables along with powdered cumin and coriander. Also mix the grated ginger along with the rice and stir and cover the pot with a lid. Keep the pot over low flame for around one to one and half hours.



Combine rock salt and powdered black pepper with this mixture and mash the entire contents with the back of the spoon against the wall of the pot alternatively it can be blended it in a mixer. Thereafter strain the soup and garnish it with freshly chopped cilantro leaves. Take the soup hot preferable on daily basis to eliminate all the toxins from the body. Detoxification helps to improve the digestion, concentration and energy level of the person.

Whenever a person have symptoms such as irritated skin, sluggish elimination, low grade infections, allergies, distended stomach, acne, eczema, psoriasis, menstrual difficulties, bad body odor, bad breathe, bloating, indigestion problems, difficulty in concentrating and mental confusions there is a need to detoxifying the body.

Those who smoke frequently or consume alcohol or drink very less water or consume meat frequently also need to detoxify their body in order to remain healthy.
