Nutritious Tomato Soup To keep You Healthy And Fit

While undergoing dieting, it is very important to keep yourself well nourished. Dieting does not mean shedding weight. It means that you loose extra fats of your Body and regain a healthy shape. It is very necessary that you take into consideration what you eat during dieting. Here we tell you an easy recipe to help maintain your shape and nourish your body. This recipe of tomato soup gives ample nutrients and is good for People like you who are fitness conscious.

Ingredients –



Take half kg ripe tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of oil, 5 to 6 green chilies, 1 inch of ginger, 5 black pepper seeds, some cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons of  coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of red chilly powder, salt ( as per taste), fresh coriander  leaves(for garnishing), a pinch of sugar.

Recipe-

Now wash tomatoes and cook these in pressure cooker up to 1 whistle. Then leave it aside to cool down. In the meantime, make a fine paste from ginger, roasted cumin seeds roasted black pepper and green chilies. Now, drain water from pressure cooker, and peel off the tomatoes.

Make fine puree in a blunder and remove seeds by filtering it. Now heat oil in a deep vessel and add paste of ginger, black pepper, cumin seeds and green chilies in to it. Add tomato puree when it turns golden or brownish in color. Mix it well. Then add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, salt and a pinch of sugar in it.

Leave it to cook on low flame for 10 minutes.



How To Serve –

Serve this delicious tomato soup in a bowl with garnishing of fresh coriander leaves.

Always serve tomato soup half an hour before regular meals. It helps in maintaining fitness and controlling your excess calories.
