Egg is a nutritious food. It is very good for everyone. You can make both light and rich preparations of egg. In this article you will get one light and one rich preparation of egg, both are healthy and nutritious.

Egg Light Curry with Potato and Carrot



Ingredients:

500 grams egg

1 large potato

1 large carrot

10 French beans

1 capsicum

1 onion

3-4 cloves of garlic

2 table spoon of corn flour

Black pepper seed

White oil

Salt

Sugar

Preparation:

Boil and cut eggs into four pieces. Rub salt on eggs. Peel and make slices of potato and carrot. Slice the capsicum. Chop onion and mince the garlic. Mix cornflour in water. Make sure that all the corn flours have mixed properly. Grind the black pepper seed.

Process:



Heat oil in a pan. Fry those eggs lightly and keep them aside. Now fry chopped onion and minced garlic in the remaining oil. Fry the spices and add slices of potato and carrot. Add salt and pinch of sugar. Stir well to mix everything. Add water and keep the lid on.

Cook them in that condition for 5-7 minutes. When the vegetables are almost tender, add egg and cornflour. Cook them to make the gravy. Before removing from heat, add capsicum slices and black pepper powder in the preparation. Keep the lid on. Serve hot with steamed rice.

Egg Spicy Curry

Ingredients:

•    6 eggs

•    1 large potato

•    1 onion

•    ½ inch ginger

•    2-3 cloves of garlic

•    1 tomato

•    Salt

•    Sugar

•    2 Clove

•    3-4 Cardamom

•    ½ inch cinnamon

•    ½ teaspoon red chili powder

•    1 teaspoon turmeric

Preparation:

Boil eggs and rub salt and turmeric upon them. Peel and cut the potato into 6 equal pieces. Make smooth paste of ginger, onion and garlic. Chop tomato. Grind clove, cardamom and cinnamon.

Process:

Heat oil and fry the eggs. Add onion, garlic and ginger paste. Stir continuously to fry them. When the raw smell has gone out add chopped tomato in the preparation. Add salt and stir. Tomato will get melt soon. Add turmeric and red chili powder. Add egg and pour water to make the gravy. Before removing it from heat sprinkle the grinded spices for added flavor.
